What You Bring• Minimum 4 years in professional, quality-driven kitchens
• Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume environment
• Strong leadership — able to drive a team, not just manage one
• Calm, focused, and precise under pressure
• Solid knowledge of food safety, kitchen systems, and stock control
• Understanding of Malta’s dining culture is a strong advantage
• Already based in Malta preferred
• Fluent in English and Maltese
Your Role• Support and work alongside the Head Chef in daily operations
• Lead busy services with structure, speed, and confidence
• Maintain uncompromising standards in food quality and presentation
• Train and develop junior chefs into stronger professionals
• Enforce hygiene, HACCP, and kitchen discipline at all times
• Contribute to menu development and cost control
