We are looking for a creative and adventurous Sushi Chef with an experience of over 4 yrs to provide premium gourmet experience to the guests and be a great addition to NAAR family.
Main Duties
- To prepare, craft and execute Sushi and sushi dishes
- Preparing Sushi, and sushi ingredients such as fish, seafood, rice, vegetables.
- Skillfully slicing and cutting fish, to craft sushi rolls, and traditional dishes.
- Ensuring food safety by properly storing, handling and managing stock.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ingredients and supplies.
- Strong communication skills with kitchen staff members and the ability to coordinate the kitchen team efficiently.
Requirements
- Must have good knowledge of Food handling and safety
- Must have previous experience in a similar role
- Must be able to work weekend and night shifts.
